Senior Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a senior engineer who loves the craft of the front end — performance, accessibility and motion — and enjoys mentoring others.
What you will do
- Own front-end architecture on two to three client projects at a time
- Build reusable component libraries that mirror our Figma design systems
- Keep Core Web Vitals in the green and accessibility at WCAG 2.2 AA
- Review code and run weekly demos with clients
What we are looking for
- 5+ years building production React applications
- Deep knowledge of modern CSS, layout and animation
- Experience with Next.js App Router and server components
- Clear written English for client communication
