FAQ

Before you write

What should I prepare before our first call?

A rough idea of your goals, timeline and budget is enough. If you have examples of websites you like, bring them along.

How quickly will you reply?

Within one business day — usually much faster. Briefs sent from the Start a project page get a reference number so you can check their status.

Can we meet in person?

Of course. Our studio is in Gulshan, Dhaka, and the coffee is good. We are also happy to meet on video.
